Frame misalignment

When I set up my A frame, the one hole doesn't line up with the wall. I have to go through the set up several times before I finally get it to line up. It's very frustrating! I have notice that the hinges on the triangular walls have cracks in them. Could this be the problem? Has anyone else had this issue?

Be sure you are level front to back and side to side. When it's not level, the side walls won't latch easily.

Had same problem, right from the get-go. Lined up on the lot. Couldn't get it to line up at home. Did the whole leveling bit, brought back to dealer and they couldn't get it to line up either. We decided it really didn't make much difference if that one screw didn't line up with the hole and removed it. We are able to lock down the roof at all four lock down points. Our hinges have cracks in them now too. Haven't had it back to the dealer since the cracks appeared.

I notice this as well when I had it out for the first time, had play with the front to back level and it went in no problem.

stabilizers are just what they are ... stabilizers .. not meant to level up your camper, but to stabilize the roll around you will feel when walking around the camper.
crank them down .5 to one turn after "touch down" .. and no more .. or else you will be torquing the frame ... causing the roof latches to not engage properly ...

this is done in steps . level side to side ...then back to front... then drop the landing gear ... and tighten ... but not overtighten ...then raise the roof, and attach.

dollars to donuts this will fix the problem with your latches ..

if u still have a problem getting the lock into slot apply slight pressure to raise roof panel and it should drop in . With the side panel already up it shouldn't fall on u . That's the only way I was able to do it. The service dept said there wasn't any adjustments to be made on hardware. Just sayin.

Put up the sides/roof and lock everything before you level the camper, just leave it on the hitch ball.
