Fresh Water Storage - Gallons

I have an A frame (A122BH) and reading the on line manual it indicates total water at 26 gallons. The sticker on the side of the trailer says water weight when full is 167lbs which would be about 20g (8.33lbs/gal).
Hot water tank storage I've been told by the dealer is 6 gal which would make sense with the fresh water tank at 20g.
So do I really have 26gallons when I've filled the hot water tank also?

You are correct, the fresh water tank is 20 gallons and the water heater holds 6.
