Garage storage?

I think you bought the same dolly that I purchased last year (see below).
I have no problem using it even with a very slight uphill into my garage.
Does a great job, as designed.
I put recommended air pressure in tires.

fully retract all stabilizing jacks.
lift trailer's ball socket handle
slide dolly underneath, placing dolly ball into trailer ball socket
lower trailer ball socket onto dolly's ball
lock trailer ball socket handle
raise the trailer front support post such that it does not touch the ground
lift dolly's handle to comfortable pushing height
start pushing
if trailer doesn't move, place dolly handle at your waist and push with your body, not your arms.

Good note previously mentioned. be sure brake disconnect plug is not pulled.

I use a battery disconnect switch at all times when trailer not in use. kills all 12v battery loss. everything....even kills the trailer brakes and the propane detector.

if you cant push it in ... you either have to back it in .. or winch it in ... seriously .. there is a reason i did all this silly work in my garage ...

your tailer is over 3400 lbs ... turning corners ... ect will not be an issue with a winch and hitch dolly.. if it is winched into a calculated space ...
plus .. you have the flexibility to take it in our out .. when ever you want ... even in a foot of snow ...(which i built this for)

Bought a trailer dolly for my A 122 BH but trailer did not budge. Going to return it. I only have a slight incline but it was easier for my wife and I to push it

Great idea a folding tongue. That's what I need. But where would I get one at?

Don't think this is an option in a trailer like we have. In my garage I actually lower the tongue to the floor, remove the jack bolts and jack once the tongue is on a block about 2-3" off the floor. I then pull my Jeep over top of the tongue when its in storage.

Can't see the tongue here, but you get the idea. I do have the luxury of extra depth on one side of my garage and a short wheelbase Jeep.
