Hanging Wardrobe

I am looking for a member who has the Hanging Wardrobe option in an A Frame. When I attach mine to the four hooks provided it blocks the use of the clothes rod. My Wardrobe came with two long straps and two short straps to compensate for the 45 degree ceiling. When I attach so Wardrobe shelves are near level this requires the zipper opening to be towards the wall which means it hard to acess. Reversing it goes opposite the strap lengths so the shelves hang at severe angle. It would seem to me this was designed to attach on the opposite (door side) of camper. Can any member provide information?

Attach photos show how it looks

Dumb question. Is it turned inside out? I have never seen one.

Question

Reasonable question. Inside out would put the hanger straps on the inside.

I wonder if another model or one from another model year had it hanging on the other side and you got one of those left over?

Put it on the opposite side of your bed. Then Reverse your sleeping
To the other side of the camper

That may well be badly done dealer installed item. Whether it was a dealer or OEM install, it surely was put in the wrong place and the dealer needs to take care of it.

Tom, to answer your questions;

The Wardrobe option was Factory Installed. I have been in communication directly with customer service at Rockwood. Their first response to my pictures was they could not see any issue. With my follow up they said this is the way it was designed and no one else has complained. When I requested pictures from them of this option they were only able to provide ones of installed on a pop up with a level ceiling with the zipper opening facing in as I would expect and these were level. As I pointed out mine is on a 45 degree ceiling. Their latest suggestion is I should lengthen the straps. This why I am trying to find another A Frame owner who has this option. I do not think they have installed the brackets on the correct side for my unit. These brackets are riveted in. My dealer is a four hour round trip so I have not contacted them yet.

Wow... that response from Rockwood is really disappointing. What a poor example of customer service. Proving again,.. RV manufacturers, for the most part, are only interested in selling them.
