Congrats on picking up your camper. We had some minor problems at pick up but we were there 2 nights and they were able to take care of our issues. The a/c works great. You will be very happy once you have everything working and it's home. Don't forget to post some pictures.

What is your voltage at the pole? The compressor will NOT start if the line voltage is much less than 108 volts. It will "lug," trip breakers, and you can burn it out if you don't shut down.

We stayed overnight at Lazy Days dealer the day we took delivery. They say they gave a 24 hour tech service to troubleshoot problems. I called and left a message, no answer when we really needed it. The next am finally got someone and they couldn't fix so had to leave it

We have foundLazy Days to be above and beyond on all their services. You stated (24 hr Teck service) this is way different than (24 hr Repair service). Youroo!!

We went to pick up last sat. Left it there because the a/c did not work, they replaced the a/c and pick it up in the morning. Question... How does the 10,000 btu a/c work? Does it keep it cold? Thought we had the 20,000 btu but has 10,000 btu ( A122BH)

None of the RV rooftops are 20K Btu, max is 15K. They use 12K Btu window units, about the max. for a household room air cond. Those rooms are a lot more cubic area than your trailer, you should be fine.

The 10k units work just fine in the A-frames. IMHO, anything bigger would be overkill, at least in all but the hottest climates.

We are picking up the 122 BH, this morning! With this being Mother's Day we are not staying at Lazy Days overnight but going take Mom out for lunch and a movie. Will have to play with the new Trailer tomorrow after church.

We had this same problem. There was a separate breaker on the electric pole that needed to be turned on as well.
