How do you keep the door open on your
unit? I bought my A122 in late 2012, and there is no way to keep the door open while the weather is nice and there are no bugs. I have read somewhere that later models might have a clasp. Any ideas? What do you do?
For the dinette, do you drop the table each time before closing the unit? Does anyone leave the table upright while driving? I drop it flat or take it out if the DW is not going on the trip.

I added one of the "T" style door latches. It was just a few bucks at our local RV dealer. It was a simple installation...drill pilot holes and screw it in place. I also put a layer of silicone on the back of each part before screwing them down, just to make sure they didn't become a point for water intrusion.

The wife prefers that we keep the table down most of the time since it is a nice, wide surface to setup things while camping. My preference is to leave it up, so it's down all the time.
As for the door, you can add on one like in the pictures above quite easily.

I find it interesting to see the small changes over the year. My 2014 unit already has that catch installed from the factory.

Does it? Man, what a difference even a 1/2 year can make. Ours is a 2014, but it's a very early 2014.

You can use a magnetic door latch.

Either that's a new outdoor mat you have or no one walks on it.

I think they left it off your trailer by accident. I have never seen a trailer w/o one. They are cheap, you can get one at any RV supply store and install in a minuet with a cordless drill and yes I would use caulk as well.

It's actually over five years old, and we trample all over the darn thing.
