I Just Pulled the Trigger

Well, I finally did it. After an extensive amount of research and listening and learning from my fellow campers on this forum, I ordered a 2017 Rockwood A213HW aframe from my local dealer. Looks like I will have to wait an agonizing 6-8 weeks for delivery. My salesperson said it will probably be closer to the 6 week mark.
Why am I more excited to get my camper than I was to get my house? Wait, I know! It's because I LOVE CAMPING.

Now all I have to do is drop it off at Handbuilder's house to have my mods done.

Congratulations. . You'll have your new aframe in time for plenty of fall camping!

Actually, I already have reservations at Pinery Provincial Park in Canada. That's a beautiful park on Lake Huron only 2-1/2 hrs from home.

I will also be going some where in late September. Possibly the Hocking Hills region in Ohio. Another spectacular destination that we go to from time to time.

Congratulations. If you ordered a 2017, you will probably get the new interiors. IMHO, they are much nicer than the former interiors.

Remember how you felt in the days preceding the birth of your first child. When you were excitedly waiting for the wife to call and say "it's time!" Well, that's how I feel right now, only it's the dealer I'm waiting to hear from. Why do I feel the need to pack a "go bag?" LOL

While I am waiting for the A213HW to show up, I'm going to have the hitch put on my TV. Does anyone know the hitch height of the TT? The dealer couldn't even tell me.

Congratulations on the new rig. I drove to Iowa and picked up mine on the 8-8-16. I bought a Flagstaff T21QBHW. It is the easiest rig that I have ever towed.
