What is the best way to remove these without scratching the ceiling? TIA!

Maybe a description or a picture of the light cover you have would get you some useful responses. I can't begun to help as I don't have a clue as to the configuration of your light cover--sorry!

Ford Idaho that did the trick👏👏👏. Now I just have to return the bulbs we bought. Looks like replacing will have to be done by the dealer as the LED that are in there are soldered on😒. Thanks for the help!!

You have the newer LED lights. Sorry I haven't seen them in person. The typical technique is to squeeze them until rounded end pops up so the tab is free. YMMV.

Forgive me for asking but why do you want to switch bulbs?

If the bulbs are indeed soldered in then a fixture replacement may be called for.

This is very interesting to me, as I just had one of the interior LED lights fail to a dim light (like a flourescent that's failing to start). The other interior LED is still fine (and quite bright). I never would have expected an LED to go dim - just work or not work.

I was hoping to just replace the LED but it sounds like it's hard wired in. Haven't had a chance to set the A-frame up since it happened and check it out.

Ford Idaho, I bought what I thought was the correct replacement bulb. I just wanted to have one in the tool kit for JIC.

500mw Interrogation Laser Replacement

I was thinking about posting this under its own thread a couple of weeks ago, but this seems like a good place for it.

I never liked how bright the LED lights are on the walls, when DW turns one on there's momentary blindness and I worry about leading aircraft off course, so I replaced them with something dimmer and warmer.

They are soldered in as mentioned above and this pic will show it is definitely in the prototype stage. Much easier on the eyes.
