First I want to thank bikendan, and dieselguy for there input on my previous question. So I meet the guy to look at this generator, the covers were there and all the bolts but were not actually on the generator! Scary right? He couldn't get it to crank, and didn't have the key, and said he's only started it with the pull rope because he said he lost the keys. With all of this to consider I offered him 50 bucks he originally asked 150. He took it. I get home change the oil, charge the battery, removed and cleaned the carburetor then put it all back together crosse my fingers
And turned the key(turns out a ford festiva key works perfect!) she fired right up and purred like a kitten, runs everything in my a frame including the A/C. The unit is very quit, I took a gamble and this time it paid off.
