Know any Aframe Camping Blogs???

Good Morning Everybody

Well, I have the nursery (garage) all cleaned out and waiting to bring my baby home next Wednesday...why does time drag when waiting on your new camper but my time to the dentist is racing along at mach 1.

Went to Harbor Freight yesterday and got some wheel chocks...was going to get some other things but decided I had better wait and see what the camper comes with.

Wife ordered her memory/eggcrate foam and should be in the same day we pick up the camper. We're going to take the rest of the week to get familiar with the camper and buy the things we need and then probably weather permitting spend about 3 days at Brazos Bend State Park, which is one of my favorite parks. It's only an hour from home and we can give it a good shake down trip. Gotta figure out how to haul the bikes before we go.

I've been reading about everybody's mods and things here but was wondering if you have a favorite Aframe Camping Blog that you read...I love to read about everybody's trips but can't seem to find too many that have Aframes.

Well, ya'll have a great Saturday.

The A Frame Camper Forum is a Facebook page. Where this FR forum leans to technical conversations and input/info of everything RV (Forest River products and such) the Facebook group is everything A Frame and not brand specific - if you own or (thinking about purchasing) an A Frame, its a great spot to begin

Posts: 60 is not A framer specific but there are a lot of a-framers posting there. I have found a lot of interesting info at that site.

The full name of the FaceBook a-frame group is "A Frame Campers (Aliner, Chalet, Rockwood/Flagstaff A-Frame)", so if you're already a FaceBook user just paste all or most of that name in the search box. There are several camper groups on FaceBook so it's possible to get the wrong search result if you don't enter the exact name.

As others have pointed out, it's not brand specific. I suppose when the new Jayco aframe gets more well known there will be five brands represented there. Currently there are 480 members. You have to ask to join the group, which is only to keep spammers out. If you mention that you have or are considering an A-frame you won't have any problem getting in. It's a very polite and helpful group. Hope to see you there as well as here!

It's never too late to have a happy childhood!
