Just an update: My dealer didn't do anything about my caulking job, but I let it go since it seems to have stopped the severe leak I had, and I am not too terribly concerned about appearances. The other reason I let it go is that they fixed all of the other issues I had, which were pretty extensive, including the problematic spot in the floor that they had blown off a couple of times. Persistence was key.
This has been a great Fall; I was just out camping last weekend, and that is really saying something in this area. I am pleased the trailer didn't have to sit at the dealer for months.
