Your lug nuts are the five chrome nuts on your tires rim. Should be right there staring you in the face. If your camper is like mine, get yourself a 13/16 deep well socket, 1/2 inch drive, a small extension, attached to a torque wrench set at 65 foot pounds.
Our are not chrome, they have aluminum covers that do not come off. I used the wrong size socket ( 1 size too big) and the aluminum covers are loose now. About every 3 months the DW will check one and tell me the lug nut is loose. I keeping telling her buttons are not toys.

Mine are a chrome covering over the metal. I broke a deep well socket tightening up one last season. I have one loose lug nut too. I went to Sears and purchased a 6 point socket. No more problems.
You need to contact the Distributor of the Wheel. Lionshead or HWT and supply them with more Info than we received? Just from the Now supplied Pic. the (Lug nuts)could be (Solid or Stainless covered),call and ask. Youroo!!
Years back I had a set of "covered lug nuts" on my boat.
They were regular steel open end lug nuts with a thin metal jacket on
them. The jacket was closed ended and made them appear to be
stainless or chrome "acorn nuts".
I had a 6 point spark plug socket that -just- fit them perfectly.
I always used it but eventually the metal jacket got deformed and loose
anyway.
I don't recall it ever preventing me from properly tightening the internal
lug nut tho.....
Fast forward to my present trailer. It came from the factory with
a bag of cheezy white plastic lug nut covers. These also slipped on the
plain open ended steel lug nut. They were ugly but for some stupid
reason I put them on anyway.
After a few months I wanted to remove a wheel and it was
REALLY hard to get them off
I used screw drivers, channel lock pliers and other tools trying to pull those
plastic nut covers off.
As I was struggling (at home in the shade with a cold one nearby) I thought
how mad I would have been if I was sitting on the side of the road
with traffic whizzing by struggling to get those plastic caps off!
I tossed them in the garbage!!

Your photo appears to be covered lug nuts.
Just get a 6 point socket or 4 way lug wrench that fits them and tighten
away.
The metal cover is not supposed to be removed.
It's hard to tell for sure but either way- if they are solid or sheet metal
covered you just treat them as any other lug nut.
Most important is a properly fitting socket or lug wrench.
My opinion and YMMV.
Rather than spend money on the proper tool, I used a pair of paint can lid removal tools (free at Lowes/HomeDepot) and squeezed them together to pop off the covers.
