Make mattress more comfortable

We have a122 BH forest river and going to fort desoto park on the beach in Tampa. Wife needs more sleeping comfort. Looking for what others have done especially with the a frame campers. Has to be able to access and lift the storage area under the bed.

I'd try a memory foam topper. Either get one from overstock.com, Sams or Costco and cut it down or find a place online that will cut to size. A few inches will not interfere with the side walls and should not prevent the bed from staying up when lifted, although it will make the lifting heavier.

No experience with a topper on my A frame yet, but I had a foam topper on my Niagara and it made a big difference in sleeping comfort for long stays.

Same as the others- 3" memory foam/pillow top topper for the mattress from Kohls.

When we had our pop-up, we would use a left over foam topper from a bedroom remodel and would roll it up and store it in the shower because it was too tall for the top to go down.

Another vote for the memory foam topper. We have a 2" that we used in our hybrid, and it fits our U shaped dinette bunk perfectly. We're new owners, but after three nights of sleeping in the camper in the yard I can tell you that it's perfectly comfortable.

We bought an eight inch! It might seem a bit overboard, but we sleep like babies!

We got a 4" gel foam topper from Costco, liked it so much went back and got another to go on our Sleep Number bed at home. Don't know about how it will fit your TT cause our TT is 26 footer with queen size bed.
