Need help with a light bulb

Has anyone ever had to change the bulb in this? How did you open the cover?

Just did mine. If it's the same you will see two small indentations at the top. Use a screwdriver between them and pry lightly downward. You will see two prongs that have to clear the frame(bezel). There's one on the bottom holding it in. Once the top ones are clear it lifts right off. Mine took an 1141 bulb but I tried an LED just for kicks.

Ditto Bob's instructions. My experience is that the prying was not "light," but that the plastic is very tough. It popped loose with a good deal of pressure. Just use care in positioning the screwdriver and the least amount of force needed.

F you do use an LED replacement an amber led will work better than a white one.
