New 2017 Interiors are Coming

For anyone interested, Forest River is about ready to start production on the new A-Frame interiors.
I will be ordering a 2017 A213HW or T21TBHW at the beginning of August after FR restarts production. I contacted FR directly and a rep emailed pics of the new interiors. The cabinet color, flooring, fabric, and curtains will all be changing. The rep was not able to get me the pic of the curtain fabric. He told me that the flooring and cabinets will be the same in both the Rockwood and Flagstaff units.
I was also informed that the counter tops will not be changing.

Looks like cabinets will better match the flooring now.

I agree mzak. I look forward to seeing what a completed unit looks like. I plan on taking a trip to the FR factory as soon as the new colors are implemented. I will post pics when I get them.

Thanks for the photos. It's good to see FR is moving forward with their interior design.

Instead of doing "a property brother's remake"...i seriously would wish fr would get a hold of how to fix the other issues...like bubble window leaks and roof war

Hopefully they will provide more durable coverings for captains chairs and couches than they did in 2012. I had to spend about $2000 re-upholstering my chairs and fold-out couch because the coverings' surface finishes started flaking off within two years.

I agree, quality control should be of prime importance. I'm sure FR doesn't want a bunch of one hit customers.

I will say that I've looked at all of the a-frame units out there and I think FR makes a solid product overall.

Fabric and flooring changes every year. I've liked FR past A-Frame interiors. It's not offensive patterns and they use nuetral colors. No matter what, they're never going to please everyone. I've personalized the curtains and added fabric touches here and there. The nice thing is that the cushion material and fabric they used in my model seems to be holding up quite well after all these years.

I was hoping to order mine with the hot tub and pool table options, but I didn't see them in the spec sheet.

handbuilder,

Do you happen to have any pics of your curtains and other fabric touches?

You are new here so you can be forgiven, you don't know what you're asking for here.

Let the photos begin.

PS I love Handbuilder's interiors.

Thanks for the heads up on handbuilder's previous interior pics. I looked up some of his former posts. WOW, handbuilder is the Frank Lloyd Wright of a-frames. Very cool.

Tom, thanks for the chuckle! haha its a fun challenge to make that small space functional, a little dressy and fuss free.

Brimare57, sounds like you'll be ready for that challenge come August!
