Oh, you are not boring us!! We are heading down in May and are right now sitting looking out the window at the snow coming down. Only 17 degrees here in Ohio. Another park, although private, is Periwinkle on Sanibel Island. How are you liking your AFrame. We have the A122 also and love it. Keep up the pictures and posts!!
Be safe

I agree. We're enjoying all that warmth and gorgeous scenery vicariously! Keep 'em coming.

I've been away from the computer all week and am just now catching up. Nice to see you've landed in Florida! Great pics btw, keep 'em coming I love the panhandle, but there is sooooo much more Florida to see!

Getting to Key West is slow going so allow at least 4 hours drive time from Homestead, I kid you not. It isn't far miles-wise but, because of the varying (slow) speed limits, driving it takes much longer (think "island time") than you'd estimate. Watch out for Key deer and, for goodness sakes, don't speed! They take hitting a deer or speeding very seriously on Highway 1.

I LOVE the a122.....having a blast on the Emerald coast, slowlyyyyyy working my way east from henderson sp, was there 4 days..(not sure i really want to go to the "other florida" now ~!..left st. andrews state park yesterday, 2 days there, was lovely, amazing sugar sand beach, little deer so tame that one walked right up to me!, same with the great blue herons and white egrets (not sure i got those species correct, haha). I camped 15 feet from the beach at st. andrews! great campground had a great local seafood dinner at a place right down the street for only 10 bucks too.

st. joseph's state park is incredible.......already extended my stay here two extra days til friday !!....its so nice and quiet , which i love..but, lots of things to do and see, also...staying at sandy pines campground in the park, which, is at the end of a longggggg penisula way out in st. joseph's bay. well, actually, at the very END of the penisula is a 7 mile long wilderness preserve where I think you can actually hike the beach and trails, and even tent camp in, with a permit! Everyone at the campground is so nice, especially the rangers and employees in the office, who go out of their way to welcome and accomodate the campers! I may stay here even longer, so many trails to explore. It's like fantasy island, I am almost expecting to see Ricardo Montalbam any minute

anyways, there is a couple dozen pelicans on the peer next to the marina i want to get a pic of, so, will upload pics i took of st. andrews and st. joes now...... ps: the first three pics are of st. andrews, the last two are st. joe's (many for st. joe's pics to follow, yay!)
