I'll add also that the fridge doesn't choose the power source automatically. You must make the change using switches in the exterior fridge compartment.

I run in 12v when towing, and change to 120v upon arrival at a CG with shore power, or propane when dry camping. I also use 120v to precool the fridge the 24 hours before leaving.

Don't try to use any more than one power source at the same time. Ie: on propane, both 120 and 12 v power switches off. When On 120v, 12v off and propane thermostat to lowest setting - off. When On 12v, 120v switch off and propane thermostat to lowest setting a off.
