FR A-Frames are getting to be quite elaborate. I'm glad there is a niche for all types but I like mine for it's simplicity.

Love the room and the huge amount of counter space and the smaller dinette. Would rather have the microwave in the kitchen and have a cabinet for the porta potti in it's place. but overall....well done FR!

WOW!
Thanks for this link. Love the kitchen and all the storage space. Dinette area looks more convenient.

Pooneil. . I agree. I like my a122s for the simplicity. Downsized from a 25 ft travel trailer for simplicity. No shower or toilet.. no black and gray tanks. It's cool if u want those things. . But I don't. I kinda wish mine didn't have the bubble windows. Anytime you cut a hole in a camper it's an opportunity for a leak. Dormers? No way.
Plus.. at night time.. when I'm in bed with the lights off.. it looks just like a 5th wheel.

I assume Forest River knows its clientele better than I do.
But I see the tiny, 2 person dinette as a liability in a rain storm - we like to have family or friends along with us, even if they sleep in tents. We just about always cook outside, so the big galley is not a plus. Like 2 others have mentioned, I'm very happy with the simplicity of my A122.
Different strokes for different folks.

I would love this if my kids were out of the house. Dinette is plenty big for 2, and we both love to cook. That kitchen would let us have a lot more creativity while camping.
But my kids are not grown, and I am not above burgers and hotdogs for dinner when it means the kids are having fun.

LOL Sleeping is certainly the greatest time consuming activity for my camper.
I'll keep that line in my pocket for a special occasion.

We saw one the other day...they are very nice but, wouldn't trade our 2016 T19QBHW for the extra weight etc.

I've heard it is possible to special order a new unit and request no bubble windows. If I ever finally get to the point where I'm going to order one, that's what I'll do.

We have an A214HW love it. We have a fold up toilet / shower. The kitchen is smaller and we don't have all the storage but it shire better then having to go on the bucket in the cold.
