I'd guess that's the point.

All that black in the hot sun would concern me a bit, and I really like the diamond plate on the front of ours. But, that stove and cover sure are a nice upgrade.

Light grey with black trim is a new color option on Aliners, too. The color changes make all the units look very nice. Makes me wonder what it would cost to put a vinyl wrap on mine...

"All that black" is really just trim so I don't think it would make an appreciable difference for most buyers unless you lived in the super hot areas of the country.

I think the aluminum diamond plate is my preference though...

The color palette seems to be influenced by industry trend as I see a lot of class As and TTs in the same colors... I like it, but not enough to consider switching. Thee have been a lot of subtle improvements over the years but none earth shattering enough for me to feel like I lost out by being an early adopter.

I stopped in to my dealer to learn how to winterize for the first time and saw the new exterior first hand. I must say I like it but I just my 2014 a few months ago. The glass stove cover is nice as it does fold. I noticed they also changed the two outlets that were by the bed to different locations so they are easier to use. They also installed a door catch latch on outside to keep the door from slamming shut in the wind. Also they now use nitrogen in the tires. lastly they changed the oversized Genesis radio/ player with a Kenwood Car Stereo. All in all some nice changes.
