That is the exact truck I've been looking at. Down to the color, which is the same silver as my Tundra. I like the long bed because it can carry a bicycle with the front wheel on easily.

I have read that the long bed is not as good off road as the shorter versions of the truck. But I am not into true off road driving, beyond the occasional beach trip. I mostly want to get down soft forest service roads and across low water creek fords. So versatility is my prime goal and that suits nicely.

Good choice. We had a Taco for years and went to a 4Runner last year. The reviews for the new Tacoma have been outstanding. More horsepower, better mileage and as dependable as ever. Enjoy it.
