Radio reception when near antenna cable

When someone is standing near the radio in my A Frame, the signal on FM stations is diminished. When outside the trailer, the FM reception is fine. I also note that the antenna cable is long and winding in the cabinet behind the radio.

I am wondering if some change in cable orientation in the cabinet or some reflectiix around the cable would make a difference?
