Removing Screen Room Velcro

Looked at a used 2014 A122s today.. If I buy it.. I don't want the screen room and awning that comes with it. I would like to remove the velcro that is attached to the camper. Will it come off clean? Has anyone removed the velcro? Did it clean up nicely?

Ok.. I bought the a122s today. The velcro tape came off pretty easy. A little residue.. I think it's gonna clean up ok. Just don't wanna use anything that will affect the surface of the camper. Maybe try some "goof off".

It takes some time with goo-gone and a plastic scraper. But it does eventually come off cleanly. I wish I'd never had that stuff put on. It isn't made to last in sunlight.

The screen room is not for everyone. I did not want one either. It came on unit I bought. We have spent over 20 days camping this season so far and used the screen room more than half of those days. You might be surprised by what it offers.

Goo Gone worked for me. I prefer my awning over the Screen Room. One person set up and up in less than 10 minutes. Never did get the screen room up.
