The hitch weight on ours was right about 400 lbs with both tanks full and a single 12v battery. Almost 500 with two 6v.

I have the CAT scale axel weight while hitched at home. I can post that tonight or tomorrow.

Pretty sure a search of this site or google would produce the weight if a full tank.

Scale with two tanks and 1 12v.

This is the label on my Flagstaff T12 RBST (same as Rockwood A213)

It is completed unit factory weight as built, With Spare Tire, but without battery or propane tanks.

Tongue weight was 284 Lbs.

This is your starting point. Add 35 lbs. for each full propane tank and 40 Lbs for the battery to both the Tongue weight and Total weight.

I love my Sherline L-1000 scale. Bought it on Amazon and it arrived with the gauge face plate bent. It wouldn't allow the needle to travel. I notified Amazon and returned it and had the new one in short order. By moving stuff to aft of the axle, we got our tongue weight to 13% of the camper. It's so small, I'm planning on packing it with the rest of the gear to take on trips.

One thing I haven't figured out is the sticker on the camper states: Dry Weight - 2491 with my VIN at the top and a scale weight of 2440.

The strange thing is I had it weighted at two different Love's CAT scales and the camper loaded was 2440 total weight. The 2440 weight was after adding a second 12V battery and camping gear. First weight was going to the campground and the second weight was on the way back home. The first weight was with the camper on one scale pad and the second weight was with the axle on one pad and the tongue on another pad. When adding the two pad weights together it was 2440 also.

So why does a loaded camper weigh less than the dry weight sticker?

According to what you wrote, you only added two pad weights together. You need to add all three pad weights together for a total weight.

I only needed two pads, one for the tongue and one for the axle. I guess you could say the third pad was zero weight as nothing was on it. My TV was completely off the scale.

It does have me curious if the sticker weight is a default thing or actual for the camper. If actual, something is amiss.
