My dealer packet did not include a Forest River form for the optional second year warranty. I have seen a form for other FR trailers, but pop ups are not listed. Anyone have the appropriate form for a new Rockwood A frame or other contact info to get one?

Contact the fellow below. He is the Warranty Department Supervisor for Forest River. He helped me out getting my extended warranty....a Super Nice Guy!
Was able to leave a voice mail message at FR Warranty Service. They emailed me the form which indicates that the fee for a second year warranty on a hard side folding trailer is $100 and the application must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

that makes total sense ... pay the money and enjoy.
few know about this warranty as it not advertised by the company .. .. and it was a very big issue when some of us bought the early 2011 Aframes ... which had lifetime to the original owner for floor, siding, roof and cabinets
