No leaks, but I have added

caulk and tape as preventives.

Also use a tarp, just halfway over the sides, when not in use.

Just took mine out of storage for a winter trip. Covered since I bought it 2 years ago. All bubble windows cracked and leaking in the corner. Sat on lot in Florida for awhile before purchase.

New style bubble windows on FR A frames...

I was in a 2017 FR A frame today, and gave it a look over.

First thing I noticed was that the bubble windows were different from the windows on
my 2013 model. Mine had the "caulk tape" that is so infamous, and which I replaced with Eternabond.

The 2017 model windows are completely one-piece, meaning that the side flanges are the same "plastic"
as the body of the window. No tape or caulk is visible anywhere. There has to be
some sort of sealant under the side flanges, but I did not have a chance to find out how they are sealing
the new design windows.

Hopefully they are a better design, and also function better for sealing purposes.

My 2015 T-12 used Sikkens caulk from the factory. It has failed 3 times. I have given up and just gone to 3M Tape.

This is how the skylight lifts when the caulk fails:

This is a shot of the replacement window cracking at the flange after only 6 months:

My advice for anyone considering a T12 or A122 is to special-order a unit with no skylights, as mentioned earlier in the thread.

Other than this problem, I LOVE THIS CAMPER!
