Timfuji-
How do you like your Clam? We bought one last year and absolutely love it! Very sturdy and so easy to put up. Even fits back in the bag and the trunk across the front is the perfect size for the Escape version.

so true,..... most things today that come with a carrying bag are a pain in the butt to get back in the bag,... but the Clam company did the un-usual and made a very generous sized bag,...... makes putting the Clam away almost as easy as sitting it up, the Clam is a great product...........

I don't have an Aframe, but I saw these on eBay. I thought they were cute. I haven't gotten them yet

We love the clam. It's the pavilion model and the side panels are attached.

We started off by getting the pavillion, but the front trunk was just a wee bit too short if I left the sliding tray in. Ended up giving it to my parents and got the Escape. Ordered the panels for it as well. My version has a small 4inch flap that goes over the panel to avoid water getting in and the panels can be left on or removed. Side note: Purchased a Suboos Gen 2 rechargeable light that hangs from the hook in the center. Provides enough light to play cards and read. Lasts very long before needing a charge...3 nights of about 5 hours each.

Iwannacamp-
They have these for all types of campers! I ordered a couple for our popup. They are pretty cool and not expensive at all. The one's I ordered are just zippered covers so can reuse old pillows lying about in the house.

Got them in today. $3.50 each from China...no freight or tax. Had some poly fill and a king quilt batting(project I will never do). Viola.

why, why, why buy from CHINA when there are soooo many great sellers on Etsy that can make you fantastic pillow covers made right here in the USA, with their own hands and hard work??? I'll never figure that out....never.

Checked out the website. Very nice stuff and alot of it is the same as the China stuff.......except the price. 16-45 dollars vs 3 dollars and free shipping from China. If we made them here for 10, I would consider it but they don't. It's like I could pay 3.49 for Suave at Walgreens or I can go to Walmart and pay 97 cents for the same thing. Sad but it is the way of things.
