I haven't, even in the hot Texas sun along the Gulf Coast. The Cool Cat has ample BTUs to keep the interior cool. The windows are already so dark that tinting is not needed.
One of the things about out A-frames, is the low interior air volume relative to other types of campers. So, when I've been without electricity at the beach in the summer, good ventilation with open windows and the vent fan on, kept the interior temps near to the outside temps.
