Temperature affecting microwave/stereo?

I know this sounds crazy, but wondering if anyone has experienced the same or has a explanation.... I've had my A Frame TLRB12 for a few years now and mostly camp where there is no power hookups so haven't used the microwave and use the stereo sparingly. This last week I have camped with full hookups and everything worked fine for most of the time. It was really hot outside so was running the A/C to keep it cool for my elderly dog inside. Suddenly, at the hottest part of the afternoon, the stereo speakers stopped working and the microwave only worked when I pressed the popcorn setting. No other buttons, including the start or other pre-programmed worked. The stereo clearly was reading the CD. I rebooted it per the instructions, made sure the speakers were turned on, etc. etc. I called the dealer and he was perplexed and said the only option was to replace it. Later that evening when the temp outside cooled down to be about the same as inside and I opened the windows everything worked just fine. Are there gremlins in my unit or is there an explanation? Thank you in advance!

Not Gremlins. A Pokemon is nesting in there.

Since those systems are related only by location, not electrical systems, it must be a Pokemon nesting in the cabinet.

If the indoor temps were controlled, I can't think of why heat would be the problem. The only speculation I can come up with would be low AC voltage at the park and those two systems were the ones with noticeable symptoms.
