They Wanted a Tour
Well, I had a successful maiden voyage on my new A213HW this past weekend. I had an opportunity to really test everything. I am excited to report that I had no issues whatsoever with the unit.
Before I checked in, I was wondering if any curious fellow campers would want to take a closer look. I know many others here have had that experience. Many campers took an extra long look as they walked or drove by.
Well, on Saturday afternoon, as I was relaxing at the campsite, I heard a voice behind me say - "excuse me." The next thing you know, I was proudly giving a tour to a nice couple. They were amazed at how many amenities were packed into the Rockwood.
The DW and I had a great time and we look forward to our next excursion.

Congrats on your successful maiden voyage. Showing off the trAiler to on-lookers is always a great feeling.

bikendan is correct. My TV is a 2016 GMC 6cyl Terrain. It pulled the trailer beautifully. Since the Terrain is rated at a tow capacity of 3500lb, I will be keeping gear on the light side.

Congrats on your new Rockwood!!
I get that frequently in my Solera also, it being a small but classy looking mini motorhome. As a solo female, I have had women come up to me many times, very curious about it. Many ask if they can see the inside. ( a couple of them pretty brash.) Sometimes it's a mess, traveling with large dogs and I'd rather not show it. The people all love it's compact size and that it's more manageable for a single woman to handle. With the addition of solar and a satellite dish on the roof and added rear bumper motion sensors, I'm good to go anywhere!!

Congrats on the new Camper! Ain't it a great feeling when folks ask if they can peek inside your rig?

One DH's favorite things to do is to give what he calls the "360" tour - stand at the intersection of the foyer and the hallway and turn slowly to tour the entire camper. As you enter the camper, you tour the bathroom. Turn to the right 45 degrees and you see the furnace. Turn another 90 degrees and you see the kitchen and library. Turn another 90 degrees and you see the entertainment center and dining room. Turn another 45 degrees and you see the bedroom. Go outside and you see our living room (a screen room with rug)😁.

Maybe Rockwood will give us a commission for every person that ends up buying a hardside.

Several of our friends have purchased a new Rockwood or Flagstaff after looking at our 829FKSS Flagstaff. They loved the front kitchen and were very impressed with the windows in the atrium slide.

My favorite tour was explaining the folding aspect of the AFrame to a person who assured me they saw my triangle shaped camper being towed through the campground.

Well, we went on another weekend excursion and once again, as we were relaxing around the campfire, a lady who was walking her dog asked if she could look inside. Of course we obliged. Everyone seems to be amazed how many amenities and how much room there is inside an Aframe.

We give tours all the time. People are very surprised when they see the inside. Ours is a 2016 Flagstaff T19QBHW We are enjoying it so much...more than our Class A. It's simple and fun! The most we've seen here in the Smoky Mountains is 2-3 at one time.

I did a few more tours last weekend at Lake Ratcliff. They occur with sufficient frequency that I have to keep the camper presentable at all times.
BTW, for those camping in East Texas, check out the Ratcliff Lake campground. No reservations needed this time of year. There are 60 miles of non-motor (horse, bike and foot) trails nearby and 20 miles of foot only trails. All in the forests.
