Trailmanor

You might consider one of these. They are spendy, but offer the benefits of a popup style - low towing height, lighter weight - with several of the the benefits of a conventional travel trailer. Similar, but maybe shorter, setup time to a tent style popup, but not nearly as quick as an A frame. They are completely hard-sided.

See trailmanor.com for models and weights. Their claim is that they can be pulled behind a minivan.

Thinking of moving up

Cherokee wolf pups are small and have toilet and shower.

Suburban Rv in Mansfield Ohio will have great price on one

I got my 26 rr there.

The wolf pup above is under 4000lbs GVWR.

I hope I'm not stepping on someone else's post, but have you considered getting a T21TBHW / A213HW that has a built in cassette toilet. You can use the exterior shower in conjunction with a privacy "shower enclosure" and a mat.

Happy camping
