torsion rod broke- T12RB Hardside

Hi
I recently opened up my Flagstaff hardside and fount very difficult to raise the roof panels. Further examination found a torsion rod broke in one of the corners. There are 4 to assist with lowering and raising.


Just wondering if others have had this issue and if covered by warranty?

Never seen that one. I would think the broken spring would be covered by the factory extended warranty.
