You have the Little Buddy? The small one that attaches on top of the 1lb propane bottle. Did it put out enough heat to keep an A Frame truly warm? Or just warmer than outside.

I've thought about getting a space heater and keep wondering if I need a Portable Buddy(4,000 and 9,000 BTU/HR) or a Little Buddy(3,800 BTU/HR). I am sure other Mr Heater larger heaters would be far too much for a small camper.

I thought that might have been you. If I had seen someone outside, I was going to stop by and say hello.

We went a week earlier than or normal trip, which would have been last weekend. It was a good thing too. I wonder if I can convince anyone to go back so we can see more shows and do less shopping. Sound and Fury have a show we haven't seen and we missed Dead Bob.

Weather looks great temps in the 60 and 70 and no rain. Spending Black Friday at faire is always better than spending it shopping. Beside if I want to shop there are dozens of great place to do it at faire. Plus last chance to see Iris and Ross and Tartanic (need to pick up their new CD)till Scaby in the spring. Sound and Fury new show was funny its new and lots of mistakes and that made it even better. And a last chance to say hello to many of the vendors who are also friends till spring faire open next year.

I heard Adrian say they would be at Space City Con in Galveston first week of January....I think Circa Paleo is supposed to be there as well. I looked it up, not my thing so I won't be going but, if you have a Tartanic craving you could catch them again.

Yes on the three day closing weekend you get in on Thursday. Several of the regular camping clans do Pot Luck Thanksgiving dinners in the camp grounds for their clans. There should be a couple hundred around Thanksgiving day. Sad I'll not get down to early Friday afternoon or early evening depending on how things work out.

Last weekend is over and the best of the season temp not to cold at night and nice and warm during the day and not a bit of rain. Solar panel kept the battery charged so that the furnace ran without problem all night. Now just the wait till Sherwood opens in Feb.

Good for you! Yes, beautiful weather. I'm surprised you go to Sherwood. Kind of tame isn't it?

The faire or the camping? I love all size of faires each has its own feel I love how Sherwood is build in the woods giving a very natural feel. As for the camping Sherwood is not a lot difference than TRF, the biggest is that the clans have their reserved camping area which means you don't have to worry about the ravers inviting an making a pain for everyone around like happens at TRF. But Claw, Chaos, PR, Valhalla is the same weather they are at TRF or Sherwood. Scarborough is my home faire but no camping there.

I'll probably hit Sherwood this coming year. I don't think I'll attempt to put the trailer into their campgrounds until I actually see it first. Might have to find a park or something in the area for a few days, I just don't do the several hour drive for a day trip thing too much anymore.

We have yet to get to experience Sherwood. Maybe this year. AND! It's very close to home, maybe just an hour away.

There are a couple of state parks around half hour from the faire. I haven't had any problem getting my Aframe into the camp grounds. I've friends who have gotten there campers in without problem even saw a couple of 36 footers but personally wouldn't have wanted to try that my self. Of course I camp in the reserve area which is great imporved over the general open camping area. Still haven't heard anything on the grapevine about problems. If you have never been to Sherwood you are in for a treat its a great faire with a fantastic cast and some really good shows. The Jouse has been a real jouse and not just a show hope that continues. The ground is hill and unimproved so make sure you have good shoes. I've heard from friends who work and vend Sherwood that the new improvements are impressive. Really looking forward to seeing them in person come Feb.
