Trying to winterize today.

Ok.. I have winterized a few travel trailers. . But this is the first time for my 2014 a122s. I found the low point drains and opened them. I found the bypass around the hot water heater. I bought one if those little kits to put antifreeze in and by pass the fresh water tank. Problem : I found the pump under the sink.. but it's enclosed. Not sure where to put the bypass kit in line.

Remove the enclosure. Kit should connect to pump input side. It is the white hose at front of pump on mine.

Bummer. You can install the kit at either the holding tank output tubing or the pump input tubing. his is predicated upon them being separated some distance and the most easiest to gain access to. Of course, if they are together and enclosed, good luck.

You will need to remove the front panel facing the door. I would cut a notch in the lower front corner before replacing it to have easy access next year. That is how my 2015 t12rb (same as the a122 I think) came.

Don't you have an inlet on the side near where city hookup is located?

Ok.. took a wider shot picture. I think this may be the hose from the water tank (if it's under the bed). .. the white one. Would I still need to remove the wooden enclosure?

Ok. This won't work.. there isn't room to install the cutoff switch without sawing out a big piece of the cabinet and the door. Or moving the pump. How do the geniuses at Rockwood expect you to get antifreeze into the lines.

Guess I just can't use this bypass winterizing kit.. I'm not gonna cut big holes in the cabinet and door. I'll just connect the antifreeze bottle manually every year when I winterize. Anyway it is what it is.
