Up or down

Do you leave your A frame up all the time or do you put it down? Just wondering.

Mine is in a storage building and ceiling not high enough to raise it all the way so it's always down while stored.

I store mine up as per FR warranty manager recommendation way back when I bought it. I was told it puts less stress on the bungee. Some people store it in their garage with the roof closed but the latches undone. It's a preference thing for many.

Down. If the roof is higher than my fence line and the neighbors would complain. And it is easier to cover for sun protection when down.

Up in the summer, so water cannot accumulate on it.

Down in the winter, when the city allows temporary winter shelter. The goal is to protect it from snow.

Mine is stored up all the time but I have a dedicated camper shed with a steel roof.
