Waiting for my 2014 Forest River Rockwood a122BH to come in?

Ordered a 2014 a122BH two weeks ago and hoping it arrives at dealer for pick up this week. Time to get back into camping. First time owner of my own RV.

I bought one this year and love it. Some minor issues with water filter leaking so removed it to recover the space under the sink.

A122bh

Hello RascalRv,

We bought ours last summer and we have really enjoyed it! Good choice!

The front storage area is very versatile in what you can carry and store. It works great for bicycles, shade covers, chairs, generators, tables, etc. Invest in some inexpensive ratchet type tie down straps to secure your gear on the front storage deck while you are on the road. We are new to RV's so it took us a while to figure out how things work. I have to say the folks on this forum have been a HUGE help to us with the minor problems that we have had trying to learn how to get everything working properly, many thanks to them. There is a lot of information here and some very nice folks.

Congratulations! I know that you will enjoy your A122BH Camper!

Kix

Would love to ditch the water filter on our new A122BH. What did you do to bypass it?

Just pull the filter out of the canister and run it.

Works for me too, I still have the original filter sealed and now will never use it because based on the experiences logged in this forum it affects water pressure. I have no problem with the glass w/o the filter and have no plans on bypassing it, plus I use this to see how clear my water is in the tank.

My filter was not installed because the tech suggested I sanitize my tank first. I have no intention of installing it.

Congratulations and hope you love yours as much as we love ours. It only gets better. Put over 10K on our new one last year and just added 4K more this year. Very few minor problems! Have fun!!!!!!!

We are out with our 2014 BH a122, same exact model you bought, just posted pics under "tent" thread. This is our 2nd time camping in it, third if you count one night at LaZy Says campsite when we picked up "coach" (we named ours coach cause everyone was talking about their coach/RV . : )
