I had a bad trip to the dealer. I received a call the day after dropping off my camper, the service guy stated that the roof panel didn't fit, it was a factory defect. I said fine, stuff happens, so when I went back to pick up my camper I was able to speak with the service manager . She stated that the panel was not the wrong size, but the panel had the bubble window installed. My camper was custom ordered without bubble windows.

She was not happy that I was lied to, and stated that the service advisor was no longer employed with them. The bottom line is I'm now waiting for the right panel to arrive.

After checking mine, the roof panel seems bowed in the up position, not in a sagging direction as I've seen on previous pictures.

Seal is extremely tight all the way across as well.

Glad to hear it. I just dropped mine off today for round 2. The first roof shipped looked like it was drug behind the delivery truck. This one was ordered without the bubble, so hopefully we will be good to go.

The new roof panel looks good and the install was well done. I just hope this panel stays straight.

I would like to give give a big thumbs up to the service department of Camping World of Hanover, they did a great job communicating with me and getting the job done quickly.
The turn around on the repair was one day and the new roof panel install looks factory new.

Thats fantastic. I got a call that my repairs were finished this morning, but they wanted to completely detail the trailer before I picked it up. Hoping I can grab it tomorrow morning.

Sad thing is I will have to winterize VERY soon. We dropped to 37 2 nights ago. Warmed back up, but not for long....
