Ok, I left the manuals at the house. This is my first trip that I've needed to use the water holding tank.
I pulled into the campground fill station, and filled the tank. I setup the camper and turned on the water pump. I don't get anything but a bit of air and water. The pump doesn't appear to shut off.
Is there a valve that I need to turn to change from city water to water from the holding tank?
Not a huge deal to be without water, but as I'm in relaxed mode at the campsite, if it is a simple fix, I'd like some running water.
Any help in the absence of my manuals would be appreciated.

Do you have a (W/H) if so it will fill 1st before you get Water (Down Stream)! Youroo!!
It appeared to not want to accept anymore water. Do I just need to give it a period of time and the try filling again. I did look at the tank underneath, and confirmed that I don't see any water in the tank.

How many Gal.is your (FWT) if it is below (6) Gal. you used all of your Capacity to fill your W/H! You need to fill up your FWT agin. Youroo!!
Depending on how long you let the water run, it could be the water filter housing causing the problem. It will fill up shortly but can cause pump stuttering or air mixing in the water if no filter is installed in the canister. Or low pressure if the filter is in. If you don't plan on using the filter, take the housing out and replace it with a 6 inch long, 1/2 inch pvc nipple.
Other possible causes of pump running with low water pressure is a partially open low point drain, or less likely, a leak in the intake line.
I found the issue. The tank was actually full, but during the dealer prep when the filled an flushed the tank, they left the valve next to the tank in the wrong direction.
This allowed me to fill the tank, but caused the pump not to be able to get water from the tank to the faucet.
I rotated the valve, and everything worked like a charm. If I'd had the manual with me, I bet I could have easily found this.
LESSON LEARNED - KEEP THE MANUALS IN THE CAMPER. or remember to bring the MacBook with the PDF manuals with you.

Glad you found the problem. Answered your post from an email.
