We boondocked this weekend

This was our second time out with our new 192HW. Couldn't find an electric site so we camped without. Used gas to run the fridge, and battery for putting the frame up and down, lights, water pump, and fantastic fan at night. Didn't use the microwave, AC, heat, or radio. The battery was low after 2.5 days, but we made it through just fine. I'm glad this worked out since it was a spur of the moment trip!

Pick up a solar kit to recharge your battery or a small genny and you'll be grovin'. I just tried out my new Champion 3000w portable genny and it was able to run my 15k A\C unit. I was pleased as pie.

To the OP....if you like this type of camping..?and alot of us aframers do...your first step should possibly be installing a dual battery system....2 true deep cycle batteries will easily get you through...without damaging your battery
