What's This?

What's the purpose of the white lever on the upper door? What type of tool is needed to remove it as it isn't slotted for common screwdriver or a Phillips screwdriver?

Thanks

Is that the only one? I do not know about your camper but it appears to be a screen lock. As far as removal there are special bits to remove them. Sears.com

This locks the top door to the door frame when you fold it down. It prevents it from bouncing around as you travel down the road.

You do not want to remove it. It's a good habit to make securing the top door, part of your "take down" routine.

The reason for this lever is to hold the door in place when the trailer is down and you are traveling
