Thanks , I put some clear caulking on the inside & then taped up the outside. I'll let you know how it works out.
Hopefully I'll have a nice dry camping trip but it's calling for more rain.
Off to the Midwest Geobash in the morning

We are having all three roof windows replaced next week. All three have failed. The dealer put the 3M tape around the windows so we could camp while we waited for the windows. Our dealer's repair center did a terrible job with the application and we still had leaks. I think we will tape the new windows ourselves for extra protection. We think we will be able to do a much better job as we are very motivated to to it right.

While there, find the 2005 ALiner Classic. It will have a popup shelter. Cacher is Rubicon Wooly. Do me a huge favor. Call Him "Jeep4Two Wannabe".

He calls me "rubicon Wannabe" because I got my AFrame after he did.

Front Window Leak

2013 FR3 30DS

Driving in the rain and water came in top right corner of the front windshield. I put a bead of outdoor silicon between the black rubber gasket and the rv. A very fine line, just enough to fill in the gap. I went all the way down the side and half way across the top.

It leaked still last night, perhaps I need to go back and do the whole way across the top.

Is there any reason using silicon caulking around the front window would not work?
