The POS Concertone that came installed, worked exactly twice. Looks like it was made in North Korea. Any suggestions on a non Concertone alternative?

A face plate with an auto system can provide whatever kind of entertainment solution you might want. Check to make sure, but I don't think depth is an issue in the location. OTOH, if it is under warranty from the manufacturer, then just get it replaced.
