Exterior Door Lock and FOB

Our new 2014 3650RE come with a FOB that worked but two keys that didn't work . The dealer was honest and was unable to get the new latch assembly and lock in time for our PDI . I received a new entire lock assembly with two keys and a new FOB. The old FOB worked with the old assembly well.
Does anyone know what brand of lock/FOB assembly they are installing ? The packing slip from FR only has a part # and the lock and FOB have nothing on them form the manufacture. Trying to sort out how to get both FOBs to work on the new lock assembly.
My dealer is 8 hours away and has zero experience with the lock assembly .

Here is the FOB and latch . I did find out there is a remote controller that hooks to the latch in the door. Now I am looking for the info on the remote controller that operates the latch . I have read that some suppliers of FOBs for RVs place a sticker on the back with the code , unfortunately I don't have any stickers on my FOB indicating code or supplier. Also opened up the FOB and there is nothing inside but the battery , and electric transmitter chip. No dip switches . Nothing

Congratulations to your new Trilogy
The control board is behind a panel in the basement storage area under the shower, that's pretty much where my knowledge ends - sorry.
Your best bet is to call or email Dynamax for the instructions, I have found them to be surprisingly responsive. Dynamax RV - Contact Us

Teddy Bear, please be sure and post what you find out. We just purchased our 36RL last month and the key pad did work on our first outing. I've been plugged in at home to with a reducer to110 and the key pad does not work. Maybe it has to be plugged into a 50 amp plug to work. The key fob has not worked at all.

Found everything I required on this web site poplocks.com . They were the original suppliers of the FOB, auto lock driver for the deadbolt and the key pad. I did find on there website that they have contact hinges that are used to hard wire up the power to the lock and deadbolt . ( no batteries required )
Possibly your contact hinge is not connecting , they have some troubleshooting tips and a sign in web site to send in your help .
Good luck .

If you use the contact set up the power drops to the lock when the door is open dropping the programed entry code.. I replaced the hinge and all works well now.
