Mor Ryde Independant Suspension

We will be going to the rally Aug 3-8. We will then go to Mor Ryde Aug 11 to have Independent Suspension installed. We are going to go with the disk brakes too. They have facilities available and we should be out by 3 pm on the 12th.

Curious as to what that whole turn key job is going to run you?$ I love the IS from MorRyde, but we have to learn to keep one long enough to justify the cost. In the mean time, we'll just add the shocks.

Thanks Priusron. Expensive, but well worth it if it's going to be a long term rig and you tow a lot.

I just assumed that a high end unit like the trilogy would come with shocks

We had been scheduled at MorRyde for IS system & disc brake install twice and had to cancel because of routing issues. Just rescheduled today after to wheel seal leaks and when we had a tech here to install new 16.5" wheels Goodyear H tires he said our springs and attendant components were shot and that they were, in his estimation, too light for this rig. Lippert is supporting us but it was a big hassle to get them to pay attention.

Take a very good look at your springs behind the tires. We were shocked and tech said not safe to drive.

We had our Mor/Ryde IS w/ Kodiak disc brakes and the Mor/ryde pin box installed the pin box was a late addition into the mix but I am happy we did ! WOW what a difference just towing from Mor/ryde back to the Elkhart campground can't wait to test it all out on the highway when we leave for South Dakota, but til monday we will hang out at the Elkhart campground and relax, All of the folks at Mor/ryde were fantastic answered any and all questions , we were very happy with the whole experience

Sherry, they were great and what a difference, it was very noticeable and just over 6k for everything including the new pin box ,we had to stay an extra day as after they put on the new axles they did not line up correctly and had to be taken off and rewelded but they stayed late and got most of it done yesterday and finished up this morning

We were delayed by Dynamax until the 18th. We drop it off on Monday morning and should take a few days. When we are finished here, we head up to Michigan, over to Minn/St Paul and then into North/South Dakota.
