Hello, Lenny and welcome.

When you say 'sprays out the bottom when you use water' does that mean when you're getting water from the front panel or when you hook up to water at the site?

I guess I'm asking if this thing breaks on us, do we lose the ability to have water for showers and flushing, etc? or does it just make the water in the fridge not useable?

Hello! It only sprays out when using water at the fridge. So no ice or water from fridge till it is fixed. Not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things!

So we are out on our maiden voyage, and it turns out the furnace will not light. Considering it is only 7*C (44F) we could use it, but not critical. It tries to light (click click click click) but nothing comes of it. Oh well, something for the dealer to figure out I guess.

Lenny, are you sure you have propane and the tanks are on? Whenever our furnace just clicks, it's out of propane.

Let the tweakin begin! Hopefully a few loose screws and quick fixes are all you'll see. The title of your thread made me think of a song so I have to share....

Kenny, you're not new at this so I assume you did some trouble shooting. If you're in a electric site turn on the heatpump that should give some relief for now.
It really looks like the dealer rushed the trailer out the door without doing a proper PDI.
We bought our Trilogy at Visions btw.
