new trilogy 39fb owner awning out trouble?

We just got our trilogy...love it but how do I get the awning out? I push the button that says awning but nothing happens.....

I offered a WAG on your other post but if you here or see nothing then there's something wrong with power or motor. We've had to have some wiring done where it was supposed to be but was not.

I don't hear or see anything. Who do I call to get it fixed?

Have you tried checking the DC fuse panel...should be a 10 or 15A fuse for the awning. Replace the fuse regardless if the little red LED is on or off as they don't always work to indicate a blown fuse.

Thanks so much.....the fuse wasn't blown but they didn't insert the fuse properly!

I never think of the simple things. It seems my problems are never simple.

Ours are usually not that simple either! But thank god it was the dealer we bought it from can't even return phone calls or emails!
