Does the 36RL have low point water drains? I found 1 drain line at the rear of the trailer - I'm guessing it's the fresh water tank drain. I also see a blue and a red pex line hanging down but no drain valve on them. What are these for? Thanks for any help.

Those (red & blue) are your low point drains. Most don't have valves on them, only caps that you remove.

Our 2013 Trilogy has valves on the red and blue flex lines, outside the trailer. So you must have a valve inside, somewhere.
The valves are located behind the panel covering the manifold on my 37 FB. That's how they are able to winterize it on our rig.
If that is the case, that is unfortunate. With ours, we can drain everything, including the hot water tank from the external low point valves, after every use, without having to pull off the manifold cover each time. I guess an option would be to leave them open and add valves outside.
