roll up shades

I pulled my roll up shade down to far and is now stuck all the way down! Trilogy 39fb I can't figure out how to get the cover off let alone fix it! Help!

What brand shades do you have? If they are MCD brand, you can go to there web site and download the owners manual. It shows how to set them up and make repairs.

I did the same thing a wile back. I finally reached up and turned the roller toward the up position. This released the lock and the blind went up as normal. Good luck.
