Unhappy Suburban Furnace_Failure

Trilogy 3800D3 Unit #92
This has been a really lousy week. First my Microwave / Convection Oven craters, now the Furnace has cratered.
Has any one else had their furnace fail? When I turn the Thermostat on I hear a click in furnace but that is all that happens. I have powered down the circuit and re-energized the circuit with no difference. I have confirmed that the thermostat works as it controls the Heat Pump.

Any suggestions?

Could it be that for some reason the solenoid on the propane tank is closed or not opening properly, or the furnace itself is not getting electricity (tripped breaker)? Sorry, I'm just poking around. At least it's not freezing cold anymore.

Does your stove top work? If it does that pretty much rules out a gas issue. Just guessing but make sure your thermostat switch is set to heat, also check the fuse. Hope you get it figured out.

If it is an issue of no propane, don't forget about the thumb screw brass valve, dime size, on the large tank.

He said it just clicks.
So the blower fan isn't even running.

Checked fuses?

I verified that the propane system works by using the stove burner. Have reset the breaker and hear a click on the furnace when the thermostat engages.
I wish it wasn't cold anymore. I'm in Northern BC and the night temps are in the low to mid 30's F.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Did you check fuses?
Your furnace is 12 volt so there is no breaker.

RV Tech came to site and Solved issue

The issue with the Furnace was the Circuit Board.

The RV Tech finally came out to repair the furnace and found the Circuit Board was the issue. Boe's RV Service in Dawson Creek, BC have been great to deal with. They were willing to deal with the Extended Warranty company and are working on the Frigidaire Micro Wave Convection Oven.

Thanks for all your Helpful Hints.

Interesting that you appear to have had two electrical failures at the same time. Did you have a power surge, perhaps?

I would have expected the converter to fry before anything using 12VDC, but who knows?

The Microwave / Convection Oven went about a week before the Furnace. Apparently there is an issue with the Frigidaire Microwaves and there is a recall on them. The furnace might have been due a power surge as I had a weak breaker on my shore power which kept tripping.
