Tecma toilet wont fill

After a period of time my toilet wont fill. The flow is timer controlled, not pressure. Remove the four screws holding the toilet to the floor. Move it away from the wall. Turn off water to the rig and relieve the pressure. Disconnect the water line from the solenoid. Unplug the solenoid and disconnect the black output line. Unscrew the fitting from the solenoid and you will see it plugged with calcium. take it outside to another faucet and rinse the screen out. Reassemble and check for leaks. After leak checking resecure to the floor. If the water does not want to stay in the bowl, you can use wire ties to pull up on the big rubber hose. The hose must loop up to retain water in the bowl. These fixes came from the manufacturer.
