Thanks for the reply. In my original email I meant to say E. M. R. but guess I had EMS on the brain.
It makes sense what you say they stand for, but... When power is shutoff, the Microwave is off too. No clock display. Time to get the meter out and see what is going on.
I have a power strip in the entertainment cabinet. All of my router, switch, entertainment boxes, etc. are plugged into it. I found that if I didn't shut off the equipment up there it would drain my batteries pretty quick. Now that I know it could have been done in the generator compartment, I would have put a power strip in the cabinet anyway. Easier to open the entertainment cabinet door that get into the generator compartment.
